How to use Member Self Service

When you are logged into Member Self Service you will be able to access your pension record. There are different sections for you to view:

Your Details

Under Your Details you will be able to see your personal information and the contact details we currently hold on file for you.

You can change your home address, email address and telephone number under this section.

Please note that if you are currently paying into the scheme, your address has been provided by your employer. Please ensure you tell your employer if you have moved address.

Pension Benefits

Under pension Benefits you will be able to:

Use Benefit Projectors to calculate an estimate of your pension should you wish to retire (Under Voluntary Retirement or leave the LGPS (Under Deferred Benefits). You will also be able to calculate potential survivors benefits that could be payable in the event of your death.

Nominations

Under this section you will be able to see who is nominated to receive your death grant in the event of your passing.

You can update your Nomination Details in this section. (Please note if you are adding multiple nominees, the percentage awarded for all will need to total 100%)

Contact Us

Under the contact us section you can choose a subject from the drop down menu and write a note for the pensions team. This will then be forwarded to the pensions team who will get back to as soon as possible.

Employment Details

Under this section you can view your start date with the fund and your current employer.

You can also see your Annual Allowance information under the Financial Details Section.

Settings / Configuration

You can use this section to change your log in details and security details.
