Member self service portal

If you have been sent a letter with an Activation Key from the pensions team, follow these steps:

1. Visit the Member Self Service portal
2. Click on the ‘Activate Your MSS’ icon
3. Type in your Surname, National Insurance Number, Date of Birth and the Activation key written on the letter we sent to you
4. You will then need to create a username, password and security questions for your account. Please ensure your password:
   • Has at least 8 characters
   • Include at least one number, one lower case, one upper case and one special character
   • Is different from security question responses
5. You will now have access to your Member Self Service page
