Member self service portal
What is Member Self Service?
Member Self service is our new online service that allows you to view the pension details we hold for you. Using Member Self Service, you can:
- Update your personal details and nomination record
- Run unlimited estimates of your pension for your personal retirement date
- View your Annual Benefit Statement ever year
To Log in to MSS you will need your:
- National Insurance Number
- Date of Birth
- Email Address
- Activation Key (if the pensions team have you sent you one in the post).
