Opting Out

If you are member of the LGPS in Warwickshire but are employed by a different employer, that is not Warwickshire County Council, then please complete Non WCC employee Pension opt-out form (PDF, 1.2MB) and return it to your payroll so that they can take you out of the scheme. Please note, to sign the opt out form, you will need to either download the document into Adobe Acrobat, or open the document in Microsoft Edge web browser and select 'draw'.

• Leaver Form and Information sheet - editable version (PDF, 873 KB) - to sign this form, either download the document and open in Adobe Acrobat or open in the Chrome web browser and use the option 'draw' to sign.
• Estimate Request From Employee (DOCX, 13 KB) - please note we only provide one estimate per year for individuals on top of their Annual Benefit statement.
